At Deltana, we understand that project efficiency is built in from day one. Our BOCE® methodology is applied at every stage to ensure a seamless workflow and informed decision-making, from bidding to construction.

During this critical phase, applying the BOCE® philosophy allows us to offer crucial added value. Our constructability assessment is integrated into the Quantity Takeoff (QTO). This allows us to conduct a thorough Source Audit of the available information to identify inconsistencies and ambiguities, anticipating potential variances in quantities and reducing the risk of cost overruns during the construction phase. The result is a more accurate and realistic tender proposal.

In the design phase, BOCE® focuses on specialized technical support, not design creation. We assist with verification, identifying inconsistencies, duplications, and project misconceptions. We also perform design scaling, model federation, and the development of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and executive models. As part of this process, we specialize in detailing reinforcing steel for concrete, both in 2D and 3D (BIM), and the preparation of corresponding bar bending schedules (BBS). All of this is done to ensure that each design element is viable and efficient for construction. This translates into fewer on-site changes and cost optimization from the earliest stages.
