The 12 principles to the PMBOK® Guide 7

The PMBOK® 7 Guide describes 12 principles that should lead to this value addition.

As we consider of vital importance for the tasks we develop, we have considered it relevant to share this information.

We start from the awareness that we must focus our efforts on delivering the right "things" or what is expected from each project, aiming that what we deliver has the highest value for the client. This requires the greatest effort to understand what the client's expectations are, to study the technical information provided to us and to clearly define the scope of the project.

Delivering value is very important in this seventh edition of the PMBOK® seventh edition is summarized in delivering high value SOLUTIONS to the customer as soon and as often as possible. How do we achieve this? By thinking in principles, following models and generating deliverables in line with the expectations we have identified and validated.

Thus we begin this series of publications of these 12 principles that we will be addressing and analyzing one by one in subsequent publications, hoping in this way, also to deliver value through this medium.
