Emotional Intelligence Workshop for our team



Technical skills are obviously part of our continuous growth to strengthen our ability to respond to an increasingly demanding market, with constant updates in the field of technology and global reach. However, in addition to "hard" skills, we understand the importance of "soft" skills, which are crucial to manage interpersonal relationships inside and outside the company.

During our April meeting we had a workshop on "Emotional Intelligence in the Company" which was given by our Business Development Manager, Mr. Alfredo Rucco. During the workshop we were able to learn about the influence of perceptions and prejudices and how they influence decision making, the importance of empathy in relationships with colleagues and customers and how to be aware to identify, control and modify emotions for the benefit of achieving personal and collective goals.
