In 2025, Deltana Engineering will focus on the continuous optimization of projects through the implementation of Value Engineering. This strategy is not about replacing the work of designers and engineers, but rather complementing it. We will focus on reviewing existing design proposals and offering optimization alternatives to improve both the economic feasibility and functionality of the project. All proposed alternatives will align with the design standards and technical requirements of each project, ensuring that quality and efficiency are maintained.

  1. Deepening support during the execution phase of projects with a focus on constructability:

We continue to reinforce our commitment to the execution phase of projects, a key pillar that allows us to provide practical and effective solutions during the construction process. In 2025, our goal is to deepen our role as a bridge between design and execution, ensuring that the design is both feasible and cost-effective. Our BOCE (Back Office Construction Engineering) approach will continue to be essential, but we will enhance it with new methodologies to improve communication and integration among all project stakeholders.

In 2025, Deltana Engineering will adopt a clearly defined three-level organizational structure: Project Managers, Coordinators, and Production Teams. This approach will ensure greater specialization while maintaining efficient communication and faster decision-making. The flat structure, combined with clear role and responsibility definitions, will ensure that every team member is aligned with client objectives, allowing us to offer personalized solutions and high-quality service at all times. Additionally, we will focus on stabilizing the size of technical teams to ensure we can adjust resources based on each project’s specific needs, guaranteeing the most appropriate and agile response at every stage.
