At Deltana Engineering, together with EDT – European Digital Technologists, we help our clients understand, intervene in, and manage existing buildings through reliable and structured digital information.

Working with an already built asset means starting from reality. That’s why we combine advanced data capture technologies—3D laser scanning, drones, and specialized technical surveys—with highly qualified professionals, capable of transforming millions of data points into actionable information for decision-making.

• A solid foundation for intervention
Renovations, extensions, or upgrades require accurate information from the outset. A well-developed BIM model reduces uncertainty, minimizes risk, and enables decisions based on data—not assumptions.

• As-Built models that reflect what truly exists
Digitizing the current state provides a faithful record of the building, essential both for future interventions and for coherent long-term technical management.

• AIM for asset management
The model evolves into an Asset Information Model (AIM), supporting asset management, maintenance, and control throughout its lifecycle. Because managing assets without information is like performing maintenance blindfolded… and that usually comes at a high cost.

• Asset commercialization
Structured digital information enhances asset value, facilitating commercialization, valuation, and presentation to investors or buyers, with a level of transparency and traceability that truly makes a difference.
