Our human team celebrated the seventh anniversary of Deltana Engineering, for which some integration and participation activities were planned, including a dinner and a visit to the Puy Du Fou Park, located in Toledo.
Just for one day, we set aside BIM modeling, rebar detailing, bill of quantities, and site engineering support to dedicate ourselves to sharing with our colleagues.
Most of our employees were invited and participated in these activities to share an environment very different from the usual work environment, combining entertainment, fun and camaraderie, which undoubtedly contributes to strengthen the bonds of unity and integration of the team and strengthen the values that characterize our organizational culture.
The visit to the Puy Du Fou park was a full day of fun and fellowship in a historical and entertaining context.
In addition to this important celebration, Deltana Engineering organizes these types of activities several times a year in order to break the routine and appreciate the contribution and commitment of its team, which goes far beyond the purely technical.
In this new year of our existence, we will start with more determination and take on new professional challenges, such as 3D BIM rebar modeling with Tekla and implementing Power BI in our technical reports.
